Executive Search
Executive Search Service mainly focuses on recruiting executive and senior level profiles, (heads of departments and CXO level) which we follow a result oriented and planned selection process. This process begins with understanding the client’s needs along with the job description and follow-up with both clients and candidate’s post- recruitment needs. We match the best possible candidate with along with the clients requirements, at all times.

 

Head Hunting
We are one of the leading headhunters in the country with access and having links to many top personal in the industry. We identify the current requirement through a mapping of candidates from our database or directly for the industry of need. Then shortlist them according to the given job description of the client and identify a pool of suitable candidates for the said mandate. After the first round of screening and interviewers, by using competency-based interviewing and relevant behavioral questionnaires, we prepare short listed candidates with our recommendations and share the said candidates with the client on a very confidential basis. We also facilitate and coordinate the interview process and logistic arraignments with all stake holders according to the needs and wants of all parities.

 

Project Recruitment
This is mainly for our local and international clients, when the requirements per position are well over 10 candidates in the same field of expertise. We facilitate mass requirement drives aligning with the clients company policies and requirements, especially in the Middle Eastern sectors and Management trainees programmes for local companies.

 

Resume Writing
CV is the first document seen by the client, for which should attribute to 60% of securing the job, by letting the client know that you are the best suited for it. From the many CV’s we receive on a daily basis most of the candidates send their generic and basic CV to clients and expect them to be selected. All CV’s should be costomised to the specific job role and more emphasis given on what the candidate can relate to on that specific job, taking to account the candidates ability, education and experience relating to the job role.

 

Assessment Centers
We conduct assessment centers for Students, Management Trainees and new recruits, to see their Leadership, Team building, communication and coordination in the team and organization. We have designed specific modules to bring out the best of the candidates and identify their shortcomings which needs to be improved.

 

Reference Checks
We undertake discreet reference checks formally and through the network of key personal in each organization, for any level of candidates within a given time frame.
